It has also been appraised as a demonstration project of assembly building in Shanghai, which fills the gap in the field of steel structure integrated steel structure residence in China.S-SYSTEM R&D team designed and built a 2-storey "construction method building" in Jinshan, Shanghai, according to the safety performance and functional requirements of residential buildings below 100 meters in height (two of the standard floors were selected). The total building area is 580 square meters, the total building height is 9 meters, and the seismic resistance is 7 degrees. It covers 45 square meters, 90 square meters and 135 square meters.
