Founded in 1980, the company was formerly known as Zhejiang Xiangshan Erjian Group Co., Ltd., and entered the Shanghai construction market at the end of 1983. In September 1995, the company was restructured. In 1998, it was renamed Longyuan Construction Group Co., Ltd., and in 2004, it was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, 2014.
